Got it done when no one else could...on a weekend! 8/9/2012

I had a hard time getting a home insured in Ramona. Gary took care of me immediately and thoroughly. Even on a weekend! Same day insurance on a weekend when everyone else told me they couldn't insure me. I will always highly recommend anyone to Gary Pattillo. He is amazing! more

Pattillo Insurance Agency provides excellent service. Gary Pattillo is very nice and thoughtful. He answered our questions right way and returned my emails in a timely manner. He even helped us out during his vacation time when we encountered an insurance issue. He patiently explained to us about the insurance policies and helped us to choose the ones that most suitable for us. We learned about him from my brother-in-law because his great experience with Gary. We are very glad that we choose Pattillo Insurance Agency, and we will recommend Gary to our relatives and friends. more

Gary provides quality service. When a question comes up he will usually respond within hours. I would highly recommend him. I have moved from San Diego to LA, but he is still my agent. more
