Patterson's Back Bay Dance

This store has a huge selection of dance shoes & leotards. My daughter needed pointe shoes and the fitting was perfect. The sales person spent almost an hour with us to make sure the fit was right. Her teacher was very pleased. The prices were the best around and they had dozens of different makers. I love this store! Pros: Sales people couldn't have been more helpful. more

The store is very messy and unorganized. I went in there and there were lots of people. I talked to one of the ladies who worked there....and she was all annoyed and treated you like you were poor or something. I don't like their service at all. I asked for a size and they looked for it for 2 seconds and said...yeah we don't have any. Then i asked for freed pointe shoes and needed a fitting and they just pointed to a box of Freeds and were like "" Go look in there"" It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. And the lady that i asked for was lazy and had the most disgusted face. I will never go there again...But that was only MY experience. I'm not sure about how they treat other customers. Pros: They had lots of variety of things Cons: Really bad service and very unorganized more
