We had some trouble getting the car started and when we finally did drove over to Patterson's Precision Auto. They figured out it was the battery and we had a new one installed in no time. They seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. more

Vernon and the crew at Patterson's have proven again and again that they have my best interest in mind. They only do the necessary repairs and never try to upsell or do anything they don't really need to. Whenever I have a problem this is where I go because they always get the work done right! more

Totally straightforward experience. They checked out the truck and made their estimate, checked in with me on price and what was wrong, and then did the repairs. That's the way it should be done. Staff was great, I felt comfortable with them doing the work and they did the job right! more

Our service related to having a new battery installed. We had experienced a problem that morning getting the engine to turn over. We anticipated it might be the battery. Drove to the NAPA dealer nearby and asked for the battery to be checked, with a few questions asked, the test was performed and it was indeed a problem with the battery. Within the hour we had a new battery installed and we were on our way. Precise indeed. more
