The Optima brought me in, but the customer service is what kept me here and will bring me back. Jeremy Baldwin in sales worked patiently with us all day, answering our questions and happily hopping into multiple vehicles we wanted to see & drive. His low-key yet attentive service made us feel at ease. Dennis Chipman, the new car sales manager, came to greet us and simply said, ""We're here to make this work""... and he delivered on that! Gary Roberson in financing was thorough but efficient throughout the necessary ""paper trail"" of purchase. From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic. more

It must have been a sign from God. Every detail of the buying process was pleasant and simple. The sales staff Shawn and Alex were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. These guys could sell sand at the beach! Kia is our brand and Patterson is our dealership. more
