Pat's Pizzeria

Truthfully, I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the specials are exactly what I want and the service is quick and correct. I'd recommend Pat's to anyone! more

LOVE the breaded chicken wings. Their cheesesteaks are the best I've found in Newark (we're Philly people, so it's hard to please us). Fries are soft, not crispy, but I like them that way so I'm not complaining. I love that they package stuff in cardboard for deliveries instead of styrofoam - better for the environment and stops stuff from getting too soggy. more

Food is always good from here, but the driver stiffed me and I was too flustered to realize until it was too late. my order was 12 dollars, and i handed him a 20 expecting to get all of my change back and then decide what I wanted to give him as a tip. Hehanded me a five, and thinking that was all of my change I gave it back to him and asked for two dollars back from the five, thinking i was giving him a 3 dollar tip. This transaction occured in thirty seconds. About a minute after the fact I realized what had happened. I'm upset because i really like Pat's food, but this makes me heasitant to order from them again. more

They didn't get the order from GrubHub, so I had to wait there while they cooked it. But the food was good. more

Until today I have typically exclusively ordered from pats. However, my last two orders have been wrong. I don't know what it is, but simple instructions have been ignored by Pat's twice. I am there for seeking a new eatery until they can get their act straight. It hurts two because most of this last week my lazy but has ordered from Pat's. more

I love Pat's Pizza they never disappoint me...when I worked at Terumo Medical I frequented the elkton location enough to earn several reward points for free meals now Im using the newark de location and its just as delicious will definitely keep ordering glad I can do it online on my lazy weekiends(-: more

I love eating there! The food is great and really cheap plus they have the best coupons I even saw! I'm a student and price is important for me but I also look for the quality! Their quality is more than great! You can see that if you order a salad, always fresh and freshly cut vegetables. Great pizza too! Really great pizza here! And amazing service, quick, cheap and fresh! I went inside to look their kitchen (I always do that) and the manager, Yanni was really happy to give me tour at the insides of the store! Such a nice guy! Th store inside is really clean and people working there know how to work as a team! Good job guys! Keep it up! more

I think that this departments of Pat's Pizza is the best. I work most of the day and I have to eat somewhere really fast at lunch times. My first choice is this store. Every time I try to order something different cause I wanna try new plates and every time they taste so good! Their products are always fresh and really nicely served. The salads are also always fresh. The service is great and the people working there are really polite and would do everything they can to fulfill your any desire, plus they have a big smile on their faces and that's important for me. Our office ordered lunch today from Pat's Pizza. We ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap with Lettuce and Tomato. When I returned to the office, I opened our order and noticed that we did not get a Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap, we were given a Grilled Chicken Wrap. I phoned Pats to make them aware of the problem and I was transferred to the ""Manager"", GEORGE. George informed me that we received the correct order. When I told him the order I picked up was a Grilled Chicken Wrap and that the receipt attached to the bag also stated ""Grilled Chicken Wrap"" he informed me that the wrap was correct because he put cheese on the wrap. (I guess he thinks that a Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap is the same as a Grilled Chicken Wrap) Again ... he is the manager. I informed him that I did not order a Grilled Chicken Wrap, I ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap. He again, informed me that they are the same sandwich. I told him it sounded like he was angry with me and he told me ""Then you tell me how you want the sandwich to be cooked"". Come on .... your the ""manager"", He actually took the original order by phone .... YIKES!!!. Anyway .... I informed him that I would not be returning to his restaurant and he said that was OK with him. What He Should Have Said Was .... I'm very sorry your order wasn't correct, we can make it up to you with a new sandwich or a credit . But I guess his $7.19 sandwich is more important than a satisfied customer. Our office will not be returning to this restaurant. I will order from Nick and Joes (302-292-3736), Seasons Pizza (368-1515) and / or Park Deli (368-0149). I have removed ALL the Pat's menus from our Lunch folder and I will inform our Pharmaceutical Reps (who bring us lunch once a week) NOT to EVER order from Pat's Pizza on ELKTON ROAD !!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: POOR MANAGEMENT more

I love Pat's and mostly for their stellar service. They ALWAYS have the nicest delivery people and are so fast! You can't go wrong with their chicken Caesar salad, buffalo chicken wrap, or their breaded wings (which are the best.) Recently ordered their boneless with sauce on the side (because I don't like them drenched) and they were great. They also don't forget to include napkins/utensils/ketchup :) Overall really reliable place. more

Overall terrible service with overpriced food. Take out people and waitresses don't seem to care if you ever get your food. Walked in...ordered a cheesesteak and salad. I waited 30 minutes and then they realized that they already made it, but just decided they would ignore the only person in the restaurant waiting for a ""To Go"" order. They then realized my cheesesteak sat there for 20 minutes for no reason. Cheesesteak was small, cold, and not very good. This was probably the 4th time I ate there, and everytime it was subpar service with terrible, overpriced food. Overall a terrible experience and would never go back.
