Our house’s heating / ventilation system is a non-standard setup without A/C. We had contacted several other heating and cooling companies to come up with a solution to retrofit A/C into our home. We weren’t comfortable with their proposals due to price, and/or installation complexity. \r Pat’s (Shaun) analyzed our system, and quickly came up with a first rate answer to our needs that fit our budget.\r Our home presented the installation crew with some challenges like 18” concrete exterior walls, and 12” x 8” steel girders for example. They handled these obstacles skillfully and did a great installation. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The installation crew was pleasant, courteous, neat, and easy to work with.\r We’ve now been using the A/C for the last four months and love it! I would definitely recommend Pat's Heating and Air Conditioning. They came to our rescue during the June/July 2012 heat wave. After our 26 year old air conditioning unit died, we worked with Pat's to install a new furnace and air conditioner. The service was outstanding all around - they were here the next day, the installation team was super, they finished ahead of schedule and they beat a competitor's price by over one thousand dollars for the same Carrier products.
