Pat's Cleaners

CON ARTISTS and THIEVES: I have been living in North Olmsted my whole life, and I have never had a pleaset experience with Pats Cleaners. I have never written a review of a buisness on the internet, so this is my first, because I feel it is important to know the truth. They are con artists, and thieves. They have tried to steel money once a couple years ago, and were succesful in scamming me out of some money today. more

After reading these review had to say it my experience really was not that bad. Prices are good. Job done there for me was okay. Shirts/pants etc.. pressed well. Clothes came back clean and looking good. Keep in mind.. its not a technology driven business people... human beings do the job/really HIGH volume of cleaning going on in there. So things do get lost - Tag fell off and they couldn't find a few shirts... but they did show up and they called me and I picked them up. Its not brain surgery.. just cleaning clothes done by human beings. I would recommend it. I have had worse experiences elsewhere. Too me there are much worse things in the world than loosing a shirt! Come on. more

I have never been to a more disorganized, poor quality, and rude dry cleaners than Pat's Cleaners. Yes they are cheap...and unfortunately that is why I went back there after they lost articles of my clothing two out of the last three times I was there in addition to not having my clothes back in 1 day (as advertised) the last 4 out of the 5 times. The final and last time I will ever go back I took a white suit in to be dry cleaned and it came back with the pants white and the jacket yellow and it reeked of chemicals (as their items often do)...I sent it back in the hopes that they would both come back in the same color...they came back but this time there was a black solution dripped on my jacket..I sent it back again....it came back a third time with the solution spots still there and now both my pants and my jacket were yellow. We sent it back again and the spots still weren't out and the pieces still didn't match. I took it in to get my money back for the suit since they essentially ruined it and I was moving in two days. I was yelled at and told that I should have tried to take care of it sooner (remember that I sent it back 4 times already for THEIR mistake) and that they would have to try to clean it again before they would reimburse me ( Pros: cheap Cons: awful service, clothes smell like chemicals, lost clothes, ruined clothes more
