HORRIBLE service!!!! I just received a call from a collection company for a bill I paid March 4, 2011. I have proof they cashed the check March 11, 2011. They put me into collections March 29th. Now, I have to get all proof to the collection agency that it was paid. I also get the fun experience of calling all 3 credit bureaus to have this removed because Patriot Propane cannot seem to get their billing right! Not to mention, this will be on my credit for a minimum of 60 days. I also have called the office 3 times to have my address changed (They have it wrong) so, I have to call to get my balance. The front desk lady Chris is either a total idiot, or just plain lazy! How hard is it to change an address to where the service is actually being delivered to? Do yourself a favor and call another propane provider in town who can actually seem to get their billing correct or, you can end up like me and having to mop up this mess that was PAID 25 days PRIOR to getting put into collections... I would give this ZERO stars if I could.
