I have used several exterminators over the years to control a mouse problem and Patriot Pest Solutions was by far the best service I’ve ever received! I have had the pleasure to deal with both Chad and Dave in assessing what needed to be done, and I only regret not finding this company years ago. Davecame this morning and quickly identified exterior wholes and gaps which were allowing mice to get in the house, all of which were overlooked by my most recent exterminator, and told me what to have fixed right away. He found a hole behind the oven which mice were coming up on my counter and sealed it. He also pulled the oven and refrigerator out to inspect , first time that had ever been done. Dave was just as thorough in each room, and i finally have peace of mind that this mice problem has been resolved. I am terrified of mice and have caretakers in for my Mom during the day, so I am so grateful that I found Patriot Pest Solutions to give me the best quality service ever. Dave also reviewed what repairs I need to have done to fix mouse points of entry, which was extremely helpful to me as I look for someone to do these repairs. I recommend this company to anyone who has pest control issues and have not gotten the results they needed, you will not be disappointed! From the first call to the office to the service visit to my house this morning , I could tell this company provides a high level of service to their customers and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Good experience-- called about a mouse problem. Ended up with bait and deterrent. Problem seems to have abated. Chris was friendly and helpful, explained what he was doing clearly. Only negative was push toward treatment plan when not interested. more

service man was great and informative. he was on time and listened to what I had to say. He found the location of the mouse and left several traps throughout the house. the one spring trap next to the wall where the mouse was seen and heard is still there and nothing at the point was trapped or seen again. The mouse was in between the walls and I did see it try to get out via a small hole near the heater vent. He cried for a day and I never seen nor heard it again. I don't want to jinx myself but maybe he left the way he came in. mouse probably ate the bait left by service man(I assume) more
