About Patrick S. Owen, PLLC PAT S. OWEN Pat Owen is a graduate of Albany Law School and the recipient of the David S. Williams Merit Scholarship for academic achievement. Upon his admission to the New York State Bar in 1997, Pat went to work for an insurance defense firm where he gained a valuable perspective from the defense side of handling personal injury cases. Since 1999, Pat Owen has limited his practice to representing the injured, taking on large insurance companies, local, county, national and international corporations head on behalf of personal injury victims. Pat Owen also serves the community as the Town Justice for the Town of Wallkill in Orange County, New York.
