Skilled 3/9/2010

I trust Dr. Bitter. He takes his time to address any questions or concerns you may have and is skilled in all aspects of making ones skin look beautiful. He not only focuses on the cosmetic but also skin health. However, the downside is the less than professional front desk staff and the often long wait times to be seen. A skilled doctor does not necessarily make a good business nor office manager, so I try to not hold that against him. Pros: A true artist and expert. Cons: Impolite front desk staff and often long waits to be seen. more

You're better off going elsewhere. 2/19/2009

I have melasma. Made several trips to Dr. Bitter's office. His Physician Assistant treated me. She didn't know what she was doing. Several treatments later. My condition did not improve one bit.\r On top of that, the front desk staff is rude. I always showed up on time, yet each time, I had to wait from 45 minutes to an hour. No apologies whatsoever. I don't recommend you coming here.\r Cons: not caring more

Dr. Bitter, Jr is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients. He will discuss all options with you and advise on what he feels is best to ensure you receive the results you are seeking. I do not feel pressured by him or his staff to purchase products or move forward with any cosmetic procedure. \r \r I am able to schedule an appointment with ease, which is important to me. I encourage anyone who is wanting to refresh, enhance or correct an area on their body to have a consultation with Dr. Bitter, Jr, as I am sure you will be satisfied with your experience and end result. more

Dont go here, unethical, they will just try to sell you on every cosmetic procedure the do 5/4/2007

Don't go here unless you want to get scammed. I never actually saw a doctor just a nurse that kept trying to sell me on their cosmetic procedures. The staff is rude, and they are unethical in their practices. \r \r In addition to that they are completely inept when it comes to billing insurance companies and will expect the patient to pick up the bill for their mistakes. They billed the wrong doctor to my insurance (the one I never saw) and a year and a half later I am still fighting with them over the difference that is their fault not mine.\r Pros: Will charge insurance for facials Cons: Dont know how to actually charge the insurance compay so youll end up paying 400s for one more

Dr. Bitter is very easy to talk to. He seems to be very knowledgable in his field and seems to care a great deal about his patients. more
