We often pass by this tucked away spot on the way to the beach and on a rainy evening on the way back we decided to stop in for a drink and see what lies behind the tropical garden. Upon entering the patio we were immediately taken back by the beautiful tranquil setting with a fountain tinkering in the back ground. We wanted to sit outside since we were pretty casually dressed but the hostess suggested we try the dining room since it was still tempertaures in the 80s, which was a good idea since the dining room was cosey and comfortable with brightly colored walls and really interesting art work. Miss Lily the hostess (who I think is the owner) welcomed us with a complimantery appetizer and a very great cocktail list. I had the Lychees martinin and my roommate tried the sakerita both were extreamly delicious and refreshing after a day at the beach. We are very glad we finally checked this place out since the menu looked very tempting with alot of very unusual and exotic dishes. We made reservationd for next weekend and can't wait to come back for dinner more

Heard about this "Little Gem" from friends and we gave it two tries once for brunch and one time for dinner. No more!! Too many wonderful places to have brunch on Atlantic with great service and food at the the same price and better quality.\r \r We ate out on the patio and noticed that a few tables had not been cleared of dirty glasses and plates. Not a good first impression. The interior is very nice but the weather was great and we wanted to sit outside. The waiter finally came after the hostess/owner sat us and we ordered drinks and took our drink order. We ordered a Mimosa and a top shelf Bloody Mary with the smoked oyster for $15.00 each. The Mimosa was served with a cherry not the traditional strawberry. The bloody mary was weak and the oyster was dry and out of a can that I can buy at Costco. The eggs Benedict were under cooked with the egg whites hardly cooked at all. The potatoes were very greasy and we could not eat them. Oh, no salt and pepper shakers on the table...had to ask twice.\r \r We came back a few weeks later for dinner thinking maybe it will be better let's give it another try. The service was miserably slow and the orders were all mixed up. How long does it take for drinks to be served when the restaurant is almost empty???? After we finished our cocktails nobody asked if we cared for another until we flagged down the waiter. Our food was not too bad just had to wait for over an hour to be served to be served a salad that we ordered. If I want to pay these prices I will go to Tramonti or 32 East where service and real food exist at comparable prices.\r \r Attention to detail at these prices should be top notch as well as the food. more

Our first impression of this place was bad right off the bat. There were only 2 tables, but the hostess/bartender/manager seemed to be very busy and almost annoyed by our presence. The prices for food and drinks($15 bucks for a reg. martini, most asking that price give a good drink, definitively over-priced,) as if it were a celebrity chef restaurant, or at least in a better neighborhood. (We had made a wrong turn and the neighborhood was scary.) It took forever for our food and and the food was alright, but not good enough for us to return. This place definitely is not what it thinks it is, much better places to spend $100 for dinner for two. more

This place is around the corner from us and we decided to try it for Easter brunch. I have to say we won't be back. There are a million places that serve a better brunch and not take an hour to get breakfast, it was NOT worth the wait. more

I see the good reviews are from a year ago. We went this week and had a terrible experience. slow/rude staff and our food took forever, even though it wasn't busy. I guess we should have tried it when they first opened. We won't be back. more

Food is about average. Service is very sloooow. With only a few tables filled on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm took over an hour for our food. One meal was minus an ingredient listed on the menu and 2 side dishes did not come till we had finished the meal. more

Owner greeted me by my name. They honored my request for an outdoor table with side by side seating. Very nice ambiance. Easy parking in their own lot unlike the valet parking on trendy Atlantic. The service aas very good, Joe was a friendly attentive server. The food was tasty. I especially enjoyed the Singapore Noodles. Overall we were very pleased with this place. Easy, tasty food, moderate prices and good service too. I will definitely go back. more

Great Food, Great service, Great Atmosphere. My new favorite S. Florida dining spot. The best Bloody Mary i've ever had more

This is our new favorite restaurant. The menu at Patio Delray is the best around at the moment. The outdoor seating area is a gem, the interior is warm & inviting and the food is second to none. The art work on the walls of the space shuttle on the launch pad, another space shuttle night launch. One night we were there a NASA Astronaut was dining with his family. Very exciting. The short-rib stew is a must, as is the signature Madagascar prawn, both of which are our favorites. Don't forget the bread pudding, or ever changing house made ice cream. The service is professional & friendly. If there are bad reviews I imagine it's their competition trying to throw them off. We've been several times and have not been reminded of the disaster of a restaurant that was there previous, no comparison what so ever. \r \r Patio Delray is the new "IT" restaurant for us, but don't believe me, try it for yourself, then you too will be a repeat customer. more

Had appetizers and my favorite Castle Rock Pinot Noir (their house red) last night - everything fresh and delicious. I love the bar and it was a terrific experience. My friends and I eat out often - we will be there often. more

My girlfriend and I found this place by chance, leaving the beach. I have to say this is a good find. The food was excellent. Every thing we had was a better tasting and more interesting version of things we have had before. tuna tartar (incredible) chopped salad (very good), sea bass w/ mushroom rissoto (most perfectly prepared fish I have had in Florida) and the portobello burger (not usually an interesting choice, was the best we have had). If your looking for an all around good experience food, service and comfort, this is your place. more

Don't go anywhere near this place. The owners write their own reviews on many sites and they are not to be trusted, Plus, their food is from 1985 and blows. more

Sorry. This place just doesn't cut it. I think I'll stick with the restaurants on Atlantic although, it does beat Arlette's Kitchen. more

First the restaurant combines simple relaxed seating. So many times I am reset to leave before I finish but the seats are comfortable. Next the bar and spirits remind You of the place where they always know you name. I enjoyed my meal of lettuce wedge, chowder and prawn. Never had anything comparable. Four stars Photos on the walls are worth more than a casual glance. Give them a try!! more
