I recently ate at Patina for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. Even though they were extremely busy (a Saturday night) the host made us feel special and offered the 6 of us ""the big ass booth."" The waiter was knowledgeable and suggested 2 awesome wines to complement our dinners. I had the best and most unusually presented caesar salad I've ever had, followed by pecan dusted rabbit that was done perfectly over pasta. I also tasted a friends smoke shrimp and scallop dinner that was terrific as well. All of the desserts sounded great but the winner was a chocolate martini. The restaurant was beautiful with lots of copper and marble, but hard to describe. -casual elegant- Patina was much nicer than what I expected from a strip mall. Patina grillis definitely a great place for dinner or drinks on date night.
Pros: outside dining, great food, well spaced tables
Cons: far west end, reservations, strip mall
