This place is terrible. Before going to the back to be seen, I checked and double checked to make sure my insurance would cover the physical at this location. I asked the front desk girl and called my insurance company, and looked online. She said, as long as he hasn't had a physical in the past year, it would cover it. There were hardly any other patients in the building and yet my child had to wait an hour before he was seen. After being seen, or looked up and down (that's it), his school physical was signed, and I later receive a bill for $324. I call the insurance company to find out why I was billed that much for a 20 minute appointment, and what do I find out, they used an old code, so the insurance company won't pay it. I call patient first and they refuse to update the code to a basic physical. That's all it was, a physical to say he was healthy, which he is aloud every year, but they refuse to use an updated code, so I now have to pay for it. They don't care about their patients, and the doctor barely spoke, she had nothing but an attitude as if helping us, at a rate of $324/20 minutes was below her.
