Michael Baker is the head counselor of the program. His approach is second to none in helping individuals recover and get through alcohol and substance addictions and treatment. He really listens to everything you want to talk about and offers suggestions and worthy advice to handle the problems in your life. Not only that, but the treatment plan he designs is a mutual treatment plan based on what problems you have in your personal life and what the consequences are if you do not take action to handle them and then the treatment plan is to take care of the problems you're faced with so you actually can achieve the higher level of success and recovery. I am in Week 14 of the treatment program and am hopefully looking to complete the program soon! Michael is a well educated counselor and I am very happy to have been a part of his program! Pros: Workable treatment plans, excellent group sessions, videos and group excercises.
Cons: A small window of time to speak your mind since each group has about 10 guys to one counselor!
