Lackluster Service and Type-O's Galore 11/27/2010

A family member's arrangements were handled through this facility. It would not have been my choice, but the prearrangement was with this firm (taken out long ago). Arriving at the visitation, the memorial folders contained numerous mistakes. The room had an unpleasant odor and the funeral staff's focus was "had the person not preplanned, this would have been 20 thousand dollars." For what? Typing mistakes and lackluster service? Of course, that was a way for them to approach others about pre-planning. Thanks, but no thanks! more
