Left us behind! 2/1/2016

DO NOT EVER use Past to Present Car & Truck Parts from Connellsville!! My 18yr old son got struck in mud. He calls AAA they send this towing co. Tow truck also gets stuck in mud trying to get him out, then 2nd tow truck came to get out 1st tow truck out of the mud. Then both trucks LEAVE (honked horn saying Good Bye) and left my son stranded at 1am with his car still stuck!!They didn't offer another company that could help; they didn't offer a ride for my son, or call AAA for assistance..Just left... Who does that?! more

Awful 6/15/2015

AAA had them tow my vehicle 3 hours late Kept telling dispatch they were "10 minutes" away Then dropped my vehicle off hanging half way out in my street when my 3-car driveway was completely empty Terrible!!!!! more
