My experience at your office far exceeded all of my expectations. I reviewed your website before I arrived, so I was expecting to find a nice staff that was dedicate to good customer care. What I found was a great, warm and inviting staff focused on exemplary customer care and satisfaction. I do not usually have a cleaning, x-rays and a filling on the same visit--for a variety of reasons including the discomfort that usually comes with the cleaning! However, I went ahead and had one of my three fillings done because I felt safe, and I trusted I would not regret it. All work was done gently, with care and genuine concern for my level of comfort. I was also kept abreast of each step in the process; everything was clearly explained to me by Dr. Sadigh, Sade, and LaVanda to ensure health literacy. Tiffany, Meena, and Marji provided a plethora of information, as well, so I left with no unanswered questions.
The goodie bags, tour of the facility, meeting Dr. Passes and rest of the entire staff, and the musical distractions were added bonuses. In addition, the "follow-up" call to my home later in the evening from (the amazing) Dr. Sadigh confirmed that the customer care practices and level of integrity of your staff are unmatched! I was sure to let the staff know how pleased I was with the visit as I paid my co-pay. Imagine that--I was very happy to pay whatever was required because I felt the service was well worth it! Hence, I will continue to spread the word about Passes Dental Care to friends and family.
