I bought my Certified Pre Owned car here 2 months ago and should have known something was wrong when it took them 2 weeks to get it ready for delivery. After calling everyday and not even getting a phone call back I was almost ready to give up, but then finally heard back from them.\r \r Turns out what happened is that they had got into an accident with it, either on the lot, or on a test drive and had to scramble to repair it.\r \r After I took delivery I realized that there was major body damage to the rear door, and it was very poorly fixed. Looks like they used a spray paint can.\r \r I went back to the dealership and yelled and screamed, but they claim it was perfect when it left and I must have done the damage!\r After contacting Audi of America with a formal complaint, they told me that they ""always stand behind their dealerships"", so they are no help at all.\r \r So after spending $35k, I have to go to the body shop and spend another $2k\r This will be my last Audi and my last car ever from a Herb Chambers dealership, they are literally crooks more

I HIGHLY recommend you drive the extra few miles to Prime Audi of Westwood, Herb Chambers Burlington is not even in the same ballpark when it comes to sales, service, and an the overall experience you should expect when buying such a prestigious make of car as Audi. Audi Westwood is much cleaner, the staff is far more helpful and happier that you are there. You are treated like a burden at Herb Chambers Burlington, like you are wasting their time. Another great feature at Prime Westwood is that they give a brand new Audi loaner car, and free Gas! You do not even have to fill it up. I had a loaner for over a week from Herb Chambers Burlington, it was an Enterprise rent a car (Old stripped down Chrysler) that I had to pay insurance and gas for. It is pretty sad when you drive up in an Audi and leave with a Chrysler with hubcaps and no sunroof. I will not make this mistake again, and hope to help a few other people out. When you are spending this kind of money, a dealership that appreciates you makes a big difference! more
