Worth Putting Up With The Lack Of Service 4/26/2011

This place is amazing, by far my favorite Italian Food in the area. They are known for their terrible service but the last few times I have been in it was actually decent. But honestly the food is well worth the wait and you wont even notice the crummy service once you get some of their Garlic Bread in you. more

Stick to the pizza 4/8/2011

My husband and I ate at Pasquale's last night. We've had their pizza a few times, and it's really pretty good. more

The terrible service keeps me away 9/18/2010

My experiences with Pasquale's service has been consistently awful. I mean really awful. We stopped going, despite the fact that their food is great and it's only a mile from our place. I haven't been in over a year, so there is a chance service has improved. If it has, I'd love to know. If I weren't completely ignored when the place was empty, I'd still eat there. Of course Seritelli's, a mile or two away from Pasquale's, is AMAZING. I've had three items there and they were all just perfect plus their bread is so good, plus their service the three times I've been there was spot on. more

Best Pizza 2/22/2010

I wanted to have fish and chips but the place was closed next door was Pasquale's there were allot of cars parked there so we decided to try it out and I'm glad that we did. We tried there all meat pizza and it reminded me of a pizza that we use to get in SF the crust was thick and crispy with the write amount of sauce. Its a little drive for me from Elk Grove.. Will I go there again already did Pros: Great Pizza Cons: takes time more

The home made sausage Pizza is the best. 1/5/2009

Let me tell you, Pasquale's is so popular I wouldn't go on a Friday night. more

ROMA'S #2 IS BETTER 9/20/2008

Uh......it's OK, but highly overated. Roma's Pizzeria #2 on Folsom is so much better...service...pizza etc. Pros: DECENT ITALIAN Cons: BAD SERVICE more

Good Food is worth the wait and Pasquale's is worth it!!! 8/31/2008

I can't say enough about this place. Not only is the pizza one of the best I have ever had but so are the entrees (generous size portions) and even the coffee. I loved the coffee mugs they have. Unfortunetly can't find them anywhere. The service has been ok. Many have said its bad but whenever there has been a problem its quickly resolved. The atmosphere is fun and even slightly romantic. As for the salad even though I don't like iceberg they make up for it for the dressing and cheese they put on top..so yummy. Every time we go we can't wait to come back. I love this restaurant and i hope it stays forever. Pros: food, atmosphere, prices, location Cons: parking, minimal hours, more

Yummy....Yummy....Yummy! 2/22/2008

I love this place! I am originally from New York and I have to say this pizza is fantastic! The service is really crappy but it is well worth it. If you have patience to deal with shoddy service and crowds (on Friday and Saturday nights) then this place is definitely for you. The pizza is not the only thing on the menu that is good, the calzones and lasagna are fantastic as well. I suggest everyone that loves pizza and good Itallian food try this place for sure. Pros: Great food and enjoyable atmosphere! Cons: Shoddy service! more

Pros: Best pasta for a good price Cons: lasagna limited and can sell out more

Hi my name is judy and I never do anything like this so bare with me.I ordered a pizza to go and it was the nicest place ,it was just me and my boyfriend and i hated to be a pain but i wanted to eat it there. After the gentlemen greeted me at the counter ,i told him i wanted to eat there and with no problem he sat me,got my drinks and set up my food.Reason I am writing is a gentlemen was angry about waiting to get his order to go . Pros: Very good people and good food! more

This is as good as it gets !!!!!!!!!! 7/9/2006

Check this out i grew up new york even new a guy named pasquale( for you non italians thats peter or paulie).Any ways all the guys at my work tell me about this place ,i didn't think it would knock me off my feet or any thing so i tried it.Took my kids boom! Off my feet i went ,everything was great!it remineed me of my home. This joint is dect out with the coolest things hanging on the walls and they got italy written over everything, from there red and white checkered tables to the italian whine glasses. The night we went it was slammed and for being a mom and pop joint with only 5 girls on tables they handled it?they didn't wait on me hand and foot, but they got it done, and they put up with my screaming kids ,ha ha how bout that,no they were sweet to them more of the reason to bring 'em back and to remind me of home.. Pros: everything was G-O-O-D good Cons: It is busy but worth the wait more

the service leaves a bit to be desired 3/10/2006

I love this place it has the best pizza in town, it's a great place to go and have a long dinner with frineds. sure the service sucks, but the food is great. more

disapointed and disgusted 3/25/2005

I have been looking forward to going to Pasquale's for a while now. I couldn't have been more disappointed. There is no one to greet you. It is confusing to be seated. The service was horrible. We waited an hour for our entree. They brought a salad of wilted and thick discolored ends of lettuce. It was the worst salad I have every tried. I don't say eaten, because I didn't. We asked for our garlic bread, they said it came with the meal. I didn't want it with the meal. I took this as their way to force you to buy an appetizer. The lasagna was average. I will never go back. more

not new york pizza 12/27/2002

Read other user reviews suggesting this was New York Quality Pizza. It is a step above Pizza Hut about equivalent to Steve's. It is a far cry from Tortonos (Neptune Avenue in Brooklyn), Nicks in Forrest Hills or Rizzo's in Astoria. Would rate far below Paesano's or Zelda's (although these are not New York either). Pros: friendly, family Cons: pizza only passable more

Not just a pizzeria!! 11/1/2002

The first time I went to this place I did not know the reputation they had already made for their delicious pizzas. So let me tell you the rest of their food lives up to their pizza reputation! This one is a keeper on my favorites list!!! Pros: Reasonable prices, Awesome food, Friendly service Cons: small restaurant, parking is limited more
