Pascal's is your typical, pretentious French restaurant. Fortunately the food is good enough to back up the snooty attitude. Ridiculously overpriced, but well worth it. (don't go there hungry) more

The perfect meal from the appetizers to the lavish and lush desserts. Thank you 2/24/2008

From the moment we entered we were welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. Johan was our Waiter and was attentive and well informed. Our appetizers were perfection from the Cheese souffle, the pate de fois gras was awesome and the crab cake melted in your mouth. Our entrees were just a sensation to the palate....the filet with escargot was perfect, the fish fresh and delightful, the veal sumptious and lamb was to die for. Our desserts were the perect addition to a lush and lavious meal. The wine suited the flavor of the restaurant . We will definately tell everyone we know who visits the Miami area to make a reservation and be treated to a european delight right here in America. Thank you Johan you helped guide us to a delightul dining experience. Pros: Johan, the high quality of service, the delight of your tastebuds... more

REAL CHEF PLATES! 1/1/2008

I WENT IN A LOT OF RESTAURANTS HERE IN MIAMI AND A LOT OF THEM TRY TO PREPARE GOURMET FOOD, REAL EUROPEAN STYLE DISHES, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ART TO DO IT. Pros: FOOD FOOD FOOD! Cons: ALWAYS FULL! more

Best French Food in Miami 2/15/2007

Amazing and satisfying French cuisine... The Gruyere cheese soufflee in parmesan sauce was exquisite. The veal and grouper entrees were paired perfectly with their respective sauces. And the chocolate soufflee dessert is rich, yet airy and light at the same time. The atmosphere is elegant, yet comfortable and cozy at the same time, and lacks the intimidating silence of those stuffy restaurants. more

Had a wonderful time 11/4/2006

Saturday night we dined at Pascal, even though it was crowded, the service remained very good throught the evening, highly unusual for Miami. The risotto was awesome excellent execution and fresh ingredients, we loved the duck dish and the lamb. We skiped dessert and probably be back soon to check it out. Recommended. Pros: food and service more

The best Chef in town, the best value, excellent service, the best food 6/25/2006

Pascal doesn't play the stardom game, he is in his kitchen every day. If he would, he would have 3 restaurants and be the talk of the town. He is the Best Chef in town whatsoever... Pros: Cuisine service value Cons: not to be found more

Good vine and service. 6/15/2006

Delightful French cuisine set in a classy intimate atmosphere. Nice place for a romantic diner for two, or even a few close friends. The service is impeccable and very attentive. There selection of vine is also very good. A little pricy, but not out of this world, however the food is great. Pros: Outstanding staff, Great food. Cons: A little pricy. more

Great Food / poor diners 12/13/2005

The food & wine, the hostess, the attentive server, the impecable preparation of our plates... Classy dining is on the minds of the management team. THE NOISE: Pascal's attracts the most obnoxious of Coral Gable's snob. Several individuals walked in (apparently been there before, they knew a few people and made it a point to show it) while we dined and decided to start greeting other diners by reaching accross our table to shake hands. Several of these well-to-do diners bumped into our table (almost spilling our wine bottle) while not even having the descency to excuse themselves. There were a number of ringing cell phones, and abrupt swearing from the table next to ours (not exactly what you would expect from the ""educated"" crowd...). Suggestion to management: Small cards at each table or a note in the menu, reminding diners that the locale magnifies the accoustics entrapped within. Pros: service, food, wine Cons: loud diners more

Simply the best! 12/20/2002

Fantastic food, fantastic menu and fantsitic service ... and actually somewhat reasonable prices too. The restaurant lacks a little bit of atmosphere, but makes up for it with personal, attentive service. More importantly, the food is simply the best. A real treat...in a neighborhood that's also nice to spend some time in. Pros: Food, Menu, Service more
