Awesome mental health services 11/13/2018

I worked for this company for an extended period of time, especially at the TLLC program. I can't say enough about the value of having this program in the community, and especially the Orlando area. I watched clients come in deeply depressed with minimal life skills, and emerge after a period of time with their medications balanced, attending school, holding jobs and overall contributing to the world and having a sense of purpose. Mental health issues are not to be taken lightly and this program gives people a chance to gain confidence and build a life for themselves. more

Horrible organization. Would never do business with them again 4/20/2018

My teenage child spent 3 months there. While some minor progress was made, It was very minimal and the company spent the entire time maximizing profits, not my child's recovery. Then the real nightmare began. They had slipped in a form during the crisis of checking her in redirecting all insurance reimbursements to them and authorizing a 7 % "fee" for the privilege of filing insurance claims. Well over 14 months later they still have over 40,000 of reimbursement money that they will not release and I am convinced I will never see it without a lawyer. Run, don't walk from this horrific organization in Florida and its sister in Tennessee. more

We felt very secure with the staff and team taking care of our daughter. 12/25/2013

She was given every opportunity to work on the things that she needed to work on and given the support that she needed. I felt that the staff and treatment team were open and honest with my husband and I and this was comforting given the situation. The facility was very welcoming and gave the feel of a residential setting rather than "in-patient" which we preferred. The therapist that our daughter dealt with did a good job and we felt she truly cared about the case. more

Pasadena was very helpful to me. 12/18/2013

My therapist was very kind and easy to understand by offering positive solutions to my issues. All the staff was very kind and friendly. The outings were a lot of fun. I enjoyed my time at Pasadena Villa. more

Came Home Much Worse But Alive 8/22/2013

Forget the loss of almost $500/ day $100,000, 6 months, I did not harm myself, the victory, my hope bottomed and depression peaked higher, as they turned my family against me. My did they not tell me that Kiesha just graduated? Leigh Ann listens but never gets back to you. No group therapy. This is for Autism, Schizophrenia, drug addiction, kids with no college or career. Was very sad as kids saw their families very often or had passes. Very unsafe here as staff loves the young girls with simple social anxiety. This location: 119 Pasadena Place Orlando, Fl. 32803. How did we end up in this place? Where they turn away no one, expect us to help these teens?! more
