Took all 3 of my cars 9/16/2014

Took all 3 of my cars there to get the windows tinted and to get my navigation. I never had any problems with my tints, or with my nav. Some of these reviews are terrible, but I have no complaints! Hopefully people can give them a chance, and experience the same quality service which I did. more

This place requires 9/10/2014

This place requires patience but once you have negotiated a good deal with the owner Eddie is when you realize that he's willing to do the same work for significantly cheaper, but it might take a couple days longer. Either way this place did my BMW just right or I would recommend him to almost anyone :) more

Walked in today 8/27/2014

Walked in today with my husband to get a couple of wiring harnesses and am now gonna walk out with a sound system and tint for a great price!!! This shop is by far one of the best shops in Pasadena!! Highly recommend for all your needs!! They are highly knowledgeable and very friendly! more

I called today 8/25/2014

I called today to get a quote from Pasadena sound on an alarm system. After speaking with the owner, I was told that if the dodgers won their playoff game I would get it done for free. Dodgers won... And as promised my car is getting an alarm system free of charge!! Thanks Pasadena sound!! I recommend Pasadena sound to anyone!! more

My Experience 8/5/2014

My experience at this place is very good. Very nice people I came in for an alarm change and got the best deals from all the others that where charging me a lot because I was a girl and beside this place's management is really good and I can afford what they asked from me. The wait was really good 45 minutes and I was out so fast…very good place very nice. more

I went to this place 7/15/2014

I went to this place on a Saturday to install a stereo kit and I did encountered difficulty in the beginning but most importantly Eddie who was in charge came through and the problem was fixed. Good customer service overall. I would come to this place again. Give this company a second chance. I believe they are trying their best from today onward. more
