Pasadena Recovery Center hires phony staff who have not received training, have no medical experience, have o compassion, frequently falsify patients' records to cover up their own and the owners' wrongdoings, and literally cause patients to relapse. The owners only want your money , therefore, initially, they will make any false promise to get you in their doors and get your money. more

My experience with this facility was horrifying not only for myself but for other clients staying here. I have life threatening illness's that this facility told us that an MD doctor was on staff. Not true. None of my health issues were monitored and none of the staff new of my health issues. I needed life sustaining meds that this facility did not provide to me after we were told they had a pharmacy at this location. During my short stay I had an attack and they did not know were my medications were within their facility. Nobody told me when food was being served so I missed a few meals, not good I am diabectic! I haved 3 strokes and 4 heart attacks this facility was well aware of my health issues and we were told that they would monitor my health. Not true. Paid for a 30 day stay and left after 13 days due to fear of having another attack while in there care. The counseling they claim you receive is also not true. Oh and be careful they will falsifify their records. And also the staff is totally incompentent leaving an elderly client behind in the facility for approx. 4hrs by herself. She was found on the floor of her room, not by a staff member but by another client staying at the facility. She had fallen out of bed and was unable to get help. When staff was notified of this instead of calling 911 they just picked her up and put her back into bed. Medical Negligents! I would never recomend this facility for you to send your loved ones. All this facility cares about is your money. Once they have that everything else they tell you is a lie! A company that puts peoples lives in danger gets a zero rating from me. more
