I called trying to get an estimate for at home lock service. The woman who answered my call was nice and transferred me to Richard, a lock smith. All I got from him was the word...

Rude telephone service 11/28/2007

I called trying to get an estimate for at home lock service. The woman who answered my call was nice and transferred me to Richard, a lock smith. All I got from him was the word "yeah". I was trying to start a dialogue but Richard didn't seem interested. Richard, please forgive me for not being in your state of mind. I wish I could get away with saying "yeah" to everyone who called my office. more

Pasadena Lock Shop is great! I have been going there for years and wouldn't trust my security to anyone else. When I recently locked myself out of my house, a Pasadena Lock Shop employee was there within minutes. He was friendly, polite and turned a disastrous morning into positive day.--I can now chuckle about the whole experience. more
