I wish this review had an option of giving a negative rating! Anyways, I have talked to so many customer service personnel in the past but have never spoken to someone so RUDE. I don't know who is running this business, but they definitely need a staff change, the girl was actually so rude in few secs of the call I just made, forget talking about the tickets to be booked, I don't even wanna dial that number again. more

Service is very bad!! 12/27/2007

I used to use Parus often for travel tickets to India. But it seems the staff has changed since. I've been calling them this past week to get fare quotes and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and just hung up on me without notice. It's was totally weird! I wonder if they are still interested in the business as a travel agent.. more

Parus Travel is very professional and give great rates on tickets to India. Even during the peak travel season they are able to find good deals. They are extremely prompt in replying to calls or emails and deliver as promised. They give you many different flight options to choose from. Their staff is very friendly and treat you with courtesy. I once had to change some travel dates due to an emergency and they provided great assistance in getting me confirmed reservations at short notice. more

Great travel deals 7/17/2005

I have used Paru's travels for my international travel tickets couple of times and also recommended to my friends and all were happy with the service and rates. They were able to find me good deals on domestic travel too.They are pretty good in follow up and they also give a on line itenary so that you can e-mail the to friends and families. sometimes, you are on wait list and they have aways been able to confirm it form me...love their deals more
