Party of the year...... 11/29/2009

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I was very impressed with the service I received with this company. Every year we have a block party and we get a bounce house, couple concessions, and if the weather permits a dunk tank. This was our first year renting from Party N' Save and we did so solely on the fact that they offered package deals. We rented our usual items and paid about $100 less than every other year, so that was really awesome. Long story short the day came they dropped off everything actually stayed and helped us move some other things around. I was impressed with how well the bounce house and the other items were kept so clean and brand new looking. I have rented from other companies before and actually one year had the jumper left with chicken inside (gross). If your looking for an awesome deal and don't want to sacrifice quality than I would definitely recommended using Party N Save for all your Party rental needs. I honestly wont use another company again. Pros: Very clean bounce house more

Fun Party and Clean Bouncy House that was on time. 11/24/2009

I had a birthday party for my 7 year old and was on a strict budget.. Aren't we all now? So I called Party and Save and they had great specials. The guy that answered the phone was curteous and answered all my questions because I didn't know if the bouncy would fit in my backyard. I would definitely recommend this bouncy company to my friends and family. Pros: low cost jumpy house and good service. more

A NO SHOW, NO CALL, DON'T RENT FROM THEM 10/14/2009

One star because I can't give zero stars! I found them online, booked the Cars 5 in 1, because I had promised my boys a "Cars" jumper. I talked to them a few days before AND the day before to confirm the details and give my credit card info. They promised to arrive between 8-10 a.m. My event started at 11 am. I called them at 10, 10:30, 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12, left messages each time, no call, no nothing. I had to call them the following day to ask what happened, and why they did not show up. No apology, nothing. Simply stated that they won't charge me for it. Luckily a friend found another company who delivered another bouncer a few hours late, but better late than never. I would not rent from this company, extremely unrelieable and unprofessional. more
