I reserved a moonwalk for a family day event I was holding 4 weeks in advance. I spoke with the owner (Don) 2 days prior to the event to re-confirm, and despite sounding somewhat unorganized, he assured me that the reservation was set. The moonwalk was supposed to be set up at 11:30am, but by 12:15pm (after the event had started), I still had not heard from him and none of my calls were answered. When I finally spoke with Don, he was unapologetic and told me that he ""had a problem with an earlier stop"" and didn't know when he would be there. When I asked him if I would still have to pay the full amount since he was so late, he told me that he would call me right back. I never heard back from him.. the kids were so disappointed!! I rarely write poor reviews for people and I know that mistakes happen, but this situation could have easily been fixed via a phone call (at least to tell me he would be late), a discount, or an apology. With so many moonwalk rental companies in the area, I would strongly caution anyone against going with Don or Party Moonwalks. This was a terrible experience!!
