Party City has lots of party items. you can get decorations, plates and napkins, balloons, and party favors all there. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable for what you're purchasing and they have a lot of different themes so you should be able to find what you're looking for, as well as some stuff you didnt realize you needed. more
