Good: We have been seen by Dr. Patel for some time now and have been extremely pleased. He takes times to talk to you and get to really know you. He really cares about his patients. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Our son has to have allergy shots every 3 wks.This has been going on for years now, and they treat him like he is family. We also like that Elda calls us to remind us of our appointments.. Bad: Nothing. Wait time is occasionally long, but compared to other places it is truly not a problem that we can say has bothered us.. Other: Just a thank you to the staff and to Dr. Patel!. more

Good basic healthcare 4/1/2010

I'm not much of a whiner and like the medical services provided. The staff and Doctors are cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue seeing a Specialist when needed. I personally don't go to the Doctor to make a new best friend or add them to my social circle. They take care of me medically and I am still alive...it works for me. more

No personal service here... 9/11/2005

I was a patient at Partners in Family Health for about a year or so. I was seeing a nurse practitioner who was very nice. However, whenever I went I always felt like I was being herded through cattle rails or something. I never felt like I got personal service - just like I was another number to them. They're convenient to where I live and to schools, but I've since changed doctors. I never had a complaint about the medical service aspect - just the "bedside" manner so to speak. I would not suggest someone go here - it'd be better to find a smaller family practice where you can actually see a doctor who will give you time and attention! more

Moderate Care 8/19/2005

Partners In Family Health is found on White Street in West York area, not too far from the high school. I have been a patient there for about 12 years. I have found that the care has changed somewhat over the years. Initially I had a nurse practitioner who was very personable and seemed hands on after several years she left the practice. There has been 2 big turnovers of Dr.s in the last 10 years and though the patients have no control over that it does leave you feeling as if the next turnover is just around the corner. more
