Got a same day appointment for my 2-year old 12/20/2011

My 2-year old fell and hit his tooth and was bleeding. And cried every time he tried to take a bite. I got a same day appointment. Dr. Tran and the office staff did a great job of keeping him at ease, even through xrays. Dr. Tran took the time to explain what he was looking for, what we might see and his assessment. more

Comfortable 12/3/2011

Comfortable is not usually a word you hear after a dental appointment yet Dr, Tran and his staff did everything they could to make sure I was feeling so. The massage chair that you lie on, iPod you can use, bolster behind your knees and pillow behind you neck. I think I actually fell asleep at one point. The only thing missing is the warm blankets! Thank you Dr. Tran and Great Staff more

Having lived in 10 cities I've had more dentists than I can name... but can easily say that no one comes close to Dr Tran. His kindness and concern for patient comfort is second to none, and his expertise (not mention all the cool tech tools he uses) makes the process pain free. Everyone at PID is a gem! more

Felt at ease 11/16/2011

I have never been fond of going to the dentist. I've had some bad experiences that have pretty much distanced me from setting up appts. Yesterday I was in to have cavities filled and Dr. Tran did a great job. I still get nervous taking the Novocaine and hearing the drilling, but he went step by step and allowed me to understand what he was doing and if I felt any discomfort, I am supposed to let him know. By far, a way better experience than I've ever had. After showing me pictures of the results, I feel much more confident returning for my next check up! more

Partners in Dentistry provided my needs with 100% perfection! I was very pleased with Krista, the hygienist and her caring touch. She is very warm and friendly and does a great job at explaining each procedure. Lost track of Dr. Tran after he left the old place and happily found his new practice after a Google search. Top notch service from his staff. Krista was great as was the whole team. The massage chair a plus. Now I don't mind going to the dentist. Great office, great people! more

My First Appointment 11/1/2011

My 4 year old son had his first checkup at Partners in Dentistry. I was a little nervous because he is a little shy at new places sometimes so I was not sure how he would react. He was really quiet the whole time we were there, a few smiles and giggles, but did great during the appointment. Later when asked what was his favorite part of the day he said "going to the dentist, it was so fun, I want to go back!" If the staff and Dr. Tran at Partners in Dentistry can win over my 4 year old, they are A+++ in my book and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more
