Not much more to say. We have been using Partin and Hill for 5 years and have only the highest praise for their solutions and keeping in budget. They designed the building we purchased. Their fore thought has save us $$,$$$.$$. Pros: Local, effecient, cost competitive. Cons: Haven't found any more

Exactly what we needed 3/16/2009

I brought a file folder of things I liked to one of their architects and told him my total budget, as in, everthing. He took a week, and turned my ideas and wishes into exactly what I wanted. A few things I wanted, he said I could have, but showed me other options that made the same effect but still fit in my budget. And my budget wasn't one of those decorating magazine ones, it was modest. Also, can you say this here? it was crazy cheap compared to the architect my friend used at the same time, like 1/10th the cost and I was delighted and she was not. Love them!! Don't use them! 3/7/2008

I had heard good things about a them, but when we started working with them for a residential addition, they tool our sketched drawings, re-drew them on bigger paper and charged us $600. That was NOT what you pay an architect or designer for. I would not recommend this firm. Pros: local to rural WA county Cons: not very creative, expensive for what we got more
