TERRIBLE!!!!! I thought there were going to be games for baby/toddlers as the poor things are always on the run, and NEEED to do something while waiting. No friendly atmostphere at all. I had to wait ONE HOUR to fill out paper work. Stupid and Ridiculous when you have a 15mo old baby. And then, the 'lady' dentist didn't even were her 'tunic' there. And of course all Spanish speaking people. Now, the SECOND HORROR, the guy who 'saw' MY little one didn't EVEN greet her. just said, 'open your mouth' and then linguo talked to the assistant without even saying HI to ME!!! the mother who would LOVE to know 'what ' in the heck he was looking at! Discusting group of people. Thanks much for letting me share my experience.
