Parmida Persian Cuisine

For the last twenty years my husband I have eaten in almost every Persian restaurant in OC! Parmida is our favorite.This restaurant has the most extensive menu we've seen. They should get an A+ for food, service, ambience and their fair prices. Mimi, who's the grand dame in the kitchen, prepares and oversees all the dishes that go to the table. Everything is made fresh. We've tried dishes on the menu we've never heard of; and they were all good. I love the Chicken Barg and the Appetizer Sampler. The Salad Olovieh (potatoe and chicken salad) is loaded with fresh chicken. The Basmati rice is the best we've ever had. Thank heavens they do catering. I'll have them cater my next gathering!
