Definitely a great place to feel pampered! Awesome, talented staff! 2/6/2011

I love going to the Parlour on the Avenue! The minute you walk in you feel as though you are giving yourself a special treat. The staff is extremely professional and friendly.It's nice to be greeted by your first name and made to feel so welcome. You are even offered a cup of coffee or tea, while you wait for your haircut, pedicure etc. Love that! I have never waited more than 5 minutes, love that too! The stylist are very talented and really take the time to give you the style you are trying to achieve. No matter which service you try, you will not be disappointed!! I love the Parlour's expert services. I always feel like I'm on a mini vacation. My stylist, Missy, is excellent with creating new cuts and colors, even when I come in with a problem I caused! The staff is excellent, very professional and helps me when trying to schedule appointments. I highly recommend the Parlour for any of their services. Love the Parlour 2/4/2011

I love the parlour !! Amber does a great job on my cut and color. My 2 young boys like it there too. My 4 year old askes when he gets to see Amber next. Also love the VIP Client rewards. My husband got me a package deal for Christmas this year and he did great :) My hair looks beautiful. My nails look great. It was a very friendly atmosphere and an awesome experience. Amazing Enviroment!! 2/4/2011

Entered the Salon for the first time and immediately felt welcomed. I have been back a couple different times and have had great experiences with each different stylist. They all seem to love what they do and love making people look great and it shows. Their enthusiasm and friendliness makes the atmosphere an amazing place to come and relax. I received a Gift Certificate for Christmas for a day at the spa and I cannot wait to relax for a few hours and get pampered!!!!! RESPONSE FROM Parlour on the Avenue: Thank you for your review. Poor customer service, Overpriced nail work 11/13/2010

I recently got a mani/pedi at this salon and I will not be going back. I couldn't tell you the lady's name who did my nails because she barely said 3 words to me. This salon considers cuticle work an upcharge! I have never heard of anything like this before but they wanted me to pay an additional $10 per hand for cuticle work!! On top of this, I got the feeling that the manicurist couldn't get me out the door fast enough. I tipped 20% but I should have left her a penny. I recommend you take your business somewhere else. more

Bridal Bliss 6/14/2010

My whole wedding party had their hair and makeup the morning of my wedding. Manicures and Pedicures were the day before. Our hair looked great, they were so nice and let us do whatever we wanted. I brought my photographer, donuts and drinks. It was the perfect place to get ready, no snags or suprises. Pros: Group Packages Cons: Can't think of any, we had a lovely time. more

I'm afraid to pass on this information - I don't want the place so crowded that I can't get in easily. But Sue and her team are unbelieveably friendly, capable, and attractive. My two daughters recommended me (a man) to come here, and I'm deeply grateful. AWESOME 4/22/2010

I was nervous when I opened the door, then I met Missy who quickly set me at ease. After a lot of girl talk (what I did and didn't want) I looked in the mirror at a new me! I enjoyed myself immenseley - it was such a fun day to spend time with all the "girls" in our office. As for the two young ladies who took care of me, Heather & Monica, they were the best and had such sweet dispositions. What darling your ladies! Really made one feel at home. I have had a wonderful experience with Parlour on the Avenue. I started going there about 3 years ago because it was close to home. Also, I like the designer who does my hair. In addition to their hair services, I have used their massage, facial, and nail services, as well as the bridal packages. They are very professional and the staff is extremely friendly. I followed Sue from another salon to Parlour on the Avenue years ago, and I do not go anywhere else. It is a very comfortable place. There are no strangers there because when a new person walks in, they instantly put you at ease and make you feel welcome. I have used a variety of their services, including hair services, massages and facials, as well as manicures and pedicures. I also have used the tanning bed. Mainly, I get my perms and color done there. Whether I work with Sue or someone else, it always turns out well. At Parlour on the Avenue, it feels like family. Everyone knows my name, they know my kids, and they are extremely friendly and personable. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
