My wife visited Parlins shortly after their ""Going out of Business"" sale started, we had looked a corner/bench dining room set earlier in the year, so she purchased it. Why she was there for that, she also looked at a Sectional Sofa for our basement, she called me while I was in Kansas, and asked what I thought, I told her that it probably wouldn't fit, the Salesman ""Mark"" told her that if it did not fit, that we would be charged with the delivery fee. Well it didn't fit, I had to return to the store to get a a barstool that was not level, and I spoke with Mr. Parlin at that time and explained to him about the billing of the sofa we did not accept, he told me that they would take care of it, I get my next statement for December and the $1,300 for the sofa was still on the bill, My wife and I went up to Parlin's to have the issue cleared up, we talked with ""Jennifer"" below, she explained that ""All Sales were Final"" and that we had an instore credit of $1,300.00 we explained that ou slaesman ""Mark"" had told us that we could simply pay the delivery fee if the sofa didn't fit. Well the paperwork does not support Mark's promise, our mistake for not reading the contract, but when you put you're confidence in people, you will usually be disappointed.
Pros: Was good for many years...
Cons: Sneaky Salesman - No Inegrity
