This place was empty-no wonder.3$+tax for a disgusting dog soaked in watery mustard with about 5 flakes of onion and a single tomato slice.That and a bag of limp,greasey,half done...

I've been to Parky's a few times and I must say that the hot dogs are okay, but the fries are what you MUST try here. I prefer the Italian Ice and hot dogs at Johnnie's Beef on North Ave but the fries here are THE best. This place is small and can get crowded so yes, please have cash on hand and ready. I'm a fan and will continue coming back. more

    This compact orange-and-white A-frame has just a couple of stools at the window for seating, plus outdoor picnic tables during warm weather. Folks don't mind waiting for David Berg hot dogs--shorter and plumper than Vienna Beef, and steamed, not grilled. The basic dog gets mustard, chopped onion, pickle relish, tomato and peppers. Also available are chili cheese dogs, Polish sausages, grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches and Italian beef; all served with long, thin fries.
