Quality Work 9/5/2016

I've always used Dealer service for my cars and Parkway has a great operation here in Wilmington. The Staff is courteous and friendly, very professional. The Service Advisors are great at keeping you up-do-date on everything that's going on and make recommendations for other service items that may need to be addressed in a future visit. They wash the car before returning it and the coffee ain't bad either :-) more

I did not purchase my Genesis at Parkway and went to them for service out of frustration from the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. The Parkway service workers are great. Front desk employees are friendly and professional. Service technicians are thorough and efficient. Have had three experiences there and all were excellent. more

Getting a new air conditioner 5/20/2016

Staff are courteous and helpful. Work is always done well. Very nice in trying to make reparations when a glitch occurs, which it did in the installation of my new air conditioner. more

Katy's persistence pays off. 4/18/2016

We got off to a slow start when their computer could not talk to my computer to figure out what was wrong, but Katy was persistent and we finally got a diagnosis and they were able to repair the car and it is probably good for another 100,000 miles. more

Great service staff!!!! 12/18/2015

Had a issue with a worn out bushing in steering column, made an appointment with Chris (always ask for him) he knew exactly what was wrong with the car! He got my husband and I a shuttle ride home. Called me when my car was finished, asked if we needed a ride back, which we didn't. Picked up the car and the air bag light was on. Called him back and he got it right back in and fixed in 20 minutes! I have yet to have a bad experience with the service department!!! Chris is AWESOME!!!! more

Service is not as good as it use to be 11/18/2015

purchased an extended maintenance plan that was told included the annual inspection and I asked is this the state inspection and was told yes. when I took it in for the oil change and inspection I was told it was not for the state inspection it was for a safety inspection. Everyone does that for free anyway. The first time I took the car in I came home to notice the tires were not rotated, took it back and the agreed it was not done. I had a lot of confidence in the quality of my cars maintenance there but since getting the issues corrected on my other car after 2 months it will more than likely not be back and the new car will only be there for the services i prepaid. more
