Terrible alterations in addition to bad customer service. The dry cleaning was fine and I have no complaints about that. However, I brought a mens dress shirt to have a small tear on the sleeve repaired and drycleaned. It was a straight line less than 1 cm long. Seems simple, but we ended up with a 1 inch diameter circle of thread that had been zig-zagged across-- over and over and over again-- to the point that it was literally 3-D!! I took one look at it and left it there to be re-done --- and all they did was dryclean it AGAIN instead of repairing the bad sewing job! Also, I had a white doctor's coat hemmed and they had told me that the cost of the alterations included cleaning/pressing. When I went to pay $40 for hemming the bottom of a coat, they had charged me for the cleaning/pressing and denied ever telling me it was included. They also lost my husbands pants but did eventually find them.
