I have been bringing my husband's classic Stealth to \r Parkway Automotive for 4 years. Whenever I call the shop the greeting is ALWAYS cheery and prompt. The owner is one of those good ol' boys that takes pride in his work; cares that he handles your car so that you are not inconvenienced and can get on with your work and life. You really get that he likes people, and it shows in the way he deals with people. Stay Away! 3/14/2008

Sketchy business, stay away at all costs. Went in to have 2 serpentine belts and my timing belt replaced. The estimated $360 dollar job cost me $760+. They charged me $244.22 for a ~$100 timing belt. They will also try to make you buy unneeded repairs for inflated prices (they wanted me to think a water pump and cam shaft seals cost $600). This is an unethical business that is STEALING from unknowing customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid Parkway Automotive. \r \r - Peter Pros: At least they were nice about stealing all my money, and they did it on time Cons: Overinflated parts prices and exagerated labor times more
