Awful - previous reviews are spot on. You can hear EVERYTHING your downstairs neighbors do. Not only that, but some people mount their TV's on their walls, and the sound travels up. That should not be allowed in apartments due to disturbing your neighbors - especially in a place like this. I've complained several times to Ray and Rosemarie. No reply. Not even a return phone call. Will be moving once the lease is up. more

awful 9/29/2008

i lived at parkview for 4 years, and sadly the last 2 were god awful. you're obviously going to hear noise from whomever lives below/above you, but the amount of noise from the people that lived below my husband and i was insane. firstly, parkview should not have let them move in as the they were a couple with an infant in a one bedroom which is against the rules in the town of matawan. they did not have carpet so when they decided to cook dinner at 11pm/play their bollywood music at 1am, we heard everything. the child was never outside getting fresh air so it ran constantly around the apartment, and screamed mostly while doing so. i complained to ray and rosemarie but it was fruitless. more

Annoying Noise 6/30/2008

We were so excited to move into Parkview..its looks beautiful from the outside but inside the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYthing from your upstairs neighbors. We have complained several times to management about the noise and nothing has been done the noise continous and gets worse and worse. If you want to move here think about the noise you will hear......its alot to make you go crazy!!!! Pros: looks nice Cons: noise is ridiculous more

Excellent place to live 11/13/2005

welli just signed the lease on my new apartment here, and so far i could not be happier- they took care of everything i asked, and even let me have the keys early so i could have my carpets installed prior to my move in date...very professional and courteous...oh yeah the thing thst sealed the deal for me, was that they put all brand new blinds in the windows and sliding glass door prior to moving in more
