Over the last several days, I have had a new furnace and central AC installed by Shaun Reynolds, Lead Installer, from Parker Heating and Air. 1. The HVAC estimate of time to complete the job was very accurate. 2. Shaun arrived on time each day. 3. The installation was performed in a clean manner - drop clothes were laid down from my entrance way to where the installation was performed, and removed each day. 4. Shaun was knowledgable and was willing to share his knowledge by answering any questions that I had. 5. Shaun demonstrated the use of the product - and made certain txt I understood the functioning and the capabilities of the new thermostat. 6. The cost estimate was precise. 7. I would have no compunction in having Shaun service my HVAC system if there was ever a problem. more

Fixed my furnace with short lead time 12/21/2015

After struggling with my home warranty, I finally gave up and called Parker Heating and Air. Paul was able to respond within 2 hours of my initial call. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and the furnace was fixed within the hour. Paul was extremely professional and came through when we needed it the most. more

Shawn showed up on time. I explained our issue with our AC, he told me what he thought and was able to fix it. All in about 10 minutes. Really nice guy. Great work. Thank you!! My house is nice and cool again. more

Fast, friendly, competent service 6/4/2015

Our on demand water heater quit heating. A part had to be ordered and Jeremy came out the next afternoon to replace it and flush the heater. He was fast, friendly, and neat and we are very pleased with the return of our hot water. We will definitely be using this company again if future need arises. more

Parker Heating and Air 5/21/2015

I called Parker Heating and Air and was given a window of 10-12:00. I was totally surprised that Jason was there at 10:00. I had no heat and Laurie was very quick to return my call when I left a message. It wasn't 5 minutes and Jason had discovered the problem and had it fixed. Jason you rock! He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I am happy with their work and I would use them again. more

Precision Tune of Air Conditioner 3/23/2015

Jason was very professional and courtesy in preforming spring check-up of my air conditioner. He answered all questioned presented to him. He made sure that everything was in it's original position and condition when he was finished with the service. more

Great Service 3/17/2015

What a great company to work with. Service Agent (Jason) was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. We were in the middle of selling our home and needed to ensure the furnace and A/C where up to standard. I also work from home and it was important to have a quite environment during teleconferences. Not a word had to be said to them, they were quiet, did their job, and then waited until I was finished to talk with me. I have never had such service from a contractor and highly recommend them to anyone. Just can't say enough to thank them. I have horror stories of contractors coming in, destroying and/or half way finishing things. This is NOT one of those companies! Call these guys for your home HVAC needs in Parker! more

Parker Heating and Air 2/25/2015

On a cold and snowy night our furnace quit. We have used Parker Heating and Air several times in the past and have always been pleased. Jeremy showed up around 7-ish. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back on our feet in no time! He even took a look at our flaky fireplace! He braved snow, cold and icy roads, was exceptionally professional and fixed our issue to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Parker Heating and Air and will continue to use them! more
