I called Parker Family Carpet Cleaning Sunday evening, I think it was after 5pm. I wanted to surprise a friend by having her carpets cleaned while she was away, she was returning Tuesday. Greg said he'd fit me in Mon evening and promised even with 2 cats, cold weather and not being able to open the windows it would be completely dry by morning. He asked how many rooms I wanted cleaned, and quoted me a price over the phone which I assumed was an estimate. When it came time to pay he handed me the bill of the exact amount he quoted. She has 2 cats, the carpet is cream colored, there were a few spots where things had been spilled that wouldn't come out, cat's had got sick, etc... Greg and John used "green" pet and child safe stain remover for different kinds of stains and I'm thrilled to say they got all the stains out! I hadn't finished picking everything up off the carpet and they walked in, introduced themselves, had me show them spots I was concerned about, and started picking up things off the carpet, and putting dining room chairs up and said when I apologized for not being ready not to worry they do it all the time. Greg and John were very conscientious about bringing in their equipment and making sure the cats didn't get out. They were so professional, so friendly, and did such a great job, I couldn't ask for more!! The price was far less than any other chain would charge and I would have gladly paid far more for the beautiful job they did on my friends carpets. They came out far better than I had expected. Since they were kind enough to squeeze me in they weren't able to get here until 7pm which they told me when I scheduled. Greg called when they were on the way to let me know they were near by. They left a little after 9pm and by 5am when I first checked the carpets were completely dry and as I said I didn't open a single window or turn on fans in a single room. They clean the carpets, they don't water them! I can't say one negative thing about Parker Family Carpet Cleaning. I'm in my mid 50's and have hired many a carpet cleaner in my day and I can honestly say I have never been happier! I will NEVER use anyone else to clean my carpets and suggest you do the same. Also they do NOT charge extra for pet stains, stain remover, deodorizer, helping put the stray chair or floor decoration you forgot to put away like ALL the other chain carpet cleaning places and to not have that pressure to buy all the supplies to properly clean your carpets above the charge for cleaning is such a relief! The vacumed, did baseboards and pretreated before shampooing! Amazing concept. I had an oder in my elderly fathers bedroom, not only is the odor gone they said if it comes back they will redo the room no charge! Did I say they are amazing yet? After several company's and agitation I found Parker's Family Cleaning. I asked Mr.Parker for an estimate. He told me his upfront pricing I was apprehensive based on my experiences with the larger companies. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the price was exactly what was quoted. I purchased a foreclosed home in Arvada Colorado. The carpet was in less than ideal condition but not bad enough to be replaced. The most important part of the whole thing is my father is going to be living with me and he has lung problems and is on oxygen. Parker family carpet cleaning was AMAZING! Greg Parker listened to my concerns about a person on oxygen and the challenges that poses. He pledged to do what he could and he has gone beyond my expectations. The carpet looks and feels new. The pad underneath has bounce again. The few stains the carpet had are gone. He was very flexible about scheduling when I needed him.
