Canadian Patient extremely impressed! 12/30/2015

For 7 months, I had a chronic irritated, sore throat. I went to appointment after appointment, trying to get a Canadian ENT to help me with my situation. Finally, I researched the best ENT's in the US, that performed tonsillectomies with less pain, and Dr. Parker's name came up numerous amount of times! I called his office, and to my surprise, I actually spoke with Dr. Parker himself. This is unheard of in Canada. He scheduled me a consult and the surgery the next day. During the consult he stated that this was a no brainer, and why I had to suffer for 7 months is still perplexing to me. His staff was wonderful. Even his secretary told me her personal experiences recovering from tonsillectomies. This level of care for a patient has me seriously considering moving to the States. Dr. Parker emailed me like a friend, and has answered every question. With very difficult tonsils, I have had a smooth, clean recovery! Seriously the best Doctor I have ever met. more

bad service 4/30/2015

i went to this office asking for help while my doctor was in vacation,they surprised me with huge amount of charge for nothing,even i didn't see this doctor,really the worst treatment plus rude team members,i was waiting one hour even no other patient in the office,then the physician donna was talking on phone while she doing what she called it surgery which was five minutes cleaning , so they charged my insurance $1675.00 unfortunately hit my deductible , i feel very bad because i went to this office. more

Highly Reccomend Dr. Parker 11/22/2013

Dr. Parker is fantastic! Our pediatrician recommended him because our 1 year old had back to back ear infections. In our very first appointment, our Daughter was evaluated, and her ear tube surgery was scheduled for the very next week. Dr. Parker talked me through the whole process, and made sure I understood the benefits and exactly what would happen. On the Day of Surgery, everything went exactly as he had described it. Our Daughter felt better immediately. It was amazing how much more she was able to speak right away. We had no idea that she had hearing loss until we went to see Dr. Parker. He caught it right in time, and was able to fix it. My husband and I are now also patients of Dr. Parker's. He treats my husband's apnea, and my deviated septum. I HIGHLY recommend him, especially to parents of toddlers who are looking for a consultation about hearing loss. To be fair and honest, he has a busy practice, and it is possible that you will have to wait to be seen. He is completely worth it. Be patient, it is worth it to be his patient. more
