This has happened to me twice. I was using the AUTOMATIC wash. I swiped my credit card, choose a wash, got the green light to drive ahead, then NOTHING. The wash would NOT star...

Bad experiences 5/15/2012

This has happened to me twice. I was using the AUTOMATIC wash. I swiped my credit card, choose a wash, got the green light to drive ahead, then NOTHING. The wash would NOT start. I backed out and went back in several times. No luck. I pressed the cancel button. NOTHING. I was there during the advertised business so I press edthe button on the office door. No answer. I walked around the place looking for someone. No one! My card was charged for the wash that I never received. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Not going back here again!! more

Try to get help if problem...good luck! 5/17/2011

Took my car through the auto wash, spent $5 on my Visa. Car not washed, at all. Can't see through back window after the wash. Try to ring the bell for attendant, no one there. Am going to deny the charge. Yeah, it's only $5, but I didn't feel like throwing $5 away and getting nothing in return. Seriously a crappy wash and not worth your time or money. more

Worst Uhaul Location Ever! 7/15/2010

I was there on Saturday June 26, 2010 and it was the most unprofessionally ran business I have ever. I was in there during the morning for 2 hours and when i finally got served they told me the price was triple what they said it was going to be over the phone. Me and my buddy left called 1800gouhaul to find it somewhere else unfortunately though that was the only store that had it. I order it over the phone get the right price then go back and have to wait another 2 and a half hours making us have to drive overnight in the rain. Never use this Uhaul even if it's your last resort. Pros: There are no Pros Cons: Where do I begin! more
