Park Villas

I NeVeR THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME. MY LEASE IS UP. THIS WAS THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE. IT IS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID. THE APARTMENT WAS NOT READY WHEN I MOVED IN. EVEN THOUGH I HAD GIVEN THEM A DEPOSIT A MONTH BEFORE. CARPET NOT CLEANED AND ALL ROOMS STILL DIRTY. DUST ALL ON CEILING FANS AND VENTS. MY ROOF LEAKED FOR 6 MONTHS CAUSING DAMAGE TO MY THINGS BEFORE THEY CAME TO FIX IT AND THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE WE GOT NEW ROOFS. HOT WATER TANK BURST 2 TIMES AND TOOK WEEKS TO FIX. SO I HAD WATER ALL IN THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS. I HAVE ROACHES AND MICE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY SPRAY. AIR CONDITIONING LEAKED ALL SUMMER. HEAT DID NOT WORK IN THE WINTER. MAINTENANCE WORKERS WERE HERE SO MUCH THEY SHOULD PAY RENT AND NOTHING EVER GOT FIXED. I STILL HAD HOLES IN MY CEILING UP UNTIL THE DAY I MOVED. MAINTENANCE WORKERS ARE SO LAZY IT PATHETIC THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING CORRECTLY WITHOUT CAUSING MORE DAMAGE. OFFICE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY TIL I MOVED IN AND HATEFUL WHEN I MOVED OUT. I moved into Park Villa Apartments in Dec 2008 and I just love them I have never seen one bug. I love the space inside and the little yard out back. I see things being done all the time to improve what is already a great place to live! more

Don't be fooled by these adorable little villas. As cute as they are, they all have roaches. the maintainince come out and spray but they always return. These apartments are going for a good price though which is why we moved there in the first place. The office staff is very friendly though. they seem to try to fix whatever problem you are having but it just seems like a half-butt job. more
