I would never recomend anyone to ever 6/7/2012

I would never recomend anyone to ever go to this location and see Dr. Fattah! My first visit to this location I go in for an ear infection stated I had a check up appointment already scheduled for the following week with my primary doctor. He gives me with out asking narcotics for an ear infection! He is abusing patients verbally and physically by handing these drugs out without asking if you needed or wanted them. I asked for ear drops in I get pills! I waited over an hour in the waiting room then 30 min in the patient room! I was instructed to wait for a nurse by this dr. for a pain shot, 45min I waited when i hear the nurse say is the patient in this room clear he says, yea and if she doesnt leave call the police! This place needs to be inspected by Law inforcment and i'll make sure that happens you quack a$$ doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Learn to care for your patients and treat there illness not kill them you idiot more

park urgent care 3/1/2012

I took my 20 month old daughter last nignt because she had a rash. He came in and he looked in her ears and said its just she is allergic to somthing after I was trying to explain what was going on with her. He was in the room less than a minute literally and said im giving her a steroid. I took her to another doctor and she has scarlet fever. That is a big difference. more

Do Not Go! 4/8/2011

My Daughter was there twice. First time she told them she was allergic to penicillin. They then gave her a prescription with a type of penicillin in it. She became very ill.\r She went back and asked for her file, which stated that she was allergic to it. She then inquired why it was given to her and that she wanted her money back for the pills \r Since she was unable to take them. NO they said and hurried her into a room to check her out. Hmmm, afraid of a lawsuit??? Tried to get her to buy another prescription and when she inquired if it\r Was similar to Benadryl and could she take that Dr. said yes. Next time she went for a swollen hand. She explained hand swelled in a matter of minutes. Dr. said after\r Looking at it, you have tendinitis. She questioned Dr. repeatedly and said she did not think it was that. He said yes it was, charged her 75.00 and told her to take Motrin.\r Within an hour of leaving it became painful and she was forced to go to another urgent care, who diagnosed as an infection. She was given a Zpac and it cleared up. When \r We called Park to ask for a refund of the 75.00 for misdiagnosis, they argued they spent time with her so they were due the money. I am not sure how many \r Companies can provide such poor service and not be required to refund money. You are taking your life into your own hands when you visit this place…. Don’t go!\r Rude staff and Dr. Hung up on me 3 times when I was trying to get a refund..... unprofessional. more

Cough up your Social Security Number here or don't be seen 3/2/2011

If I could give a negative integer rating I would.\r \r I took my daughter here on a Sunday for a bad case of strep throat. \r To begin with we're fortunate to have excellent health insurance and money isn't an issue.\r \r So here I am filling out their forms, giving only the last 4 digits of our social security numbers. I turn the papers in and am told that if we don't write down the ENTIRE SS # of at least ONE of us we will have to pay cash for the visit and be reimbursed later for the difference.\r \r I ask how much an office visit is, the intake lady says ""$100"". Ok whatever it takes, no problem, so I whip out the CHECKBOOK (ZOMG CHECKS!!!) and am told ""we don't take checks"". Having $20 in my purse and a staunch avoider of credit cards the outlook is grim. \r \r Realizing we have to compromise our personal information despite excellent health insurance I ask for all the paperwork back; photocopies of license & insurance card, and the form w/our partial SOCIAL SECURITY #s on it & walk out of there. Thinking we would either see our daughter's pediatrician the next day or another Urgent Care.\r \r 4 hours later not being able to put it off any longer found an Urgent Care who not only will bill later, but didn't INSIST or DENY treatment based on submitting ENTIRE SS #s.\r \r People, this is 2011. There is this thing called ""E-CHECK"" that automatically withdraws money from bank accounts. \r With medical facilities being in the top 10 places one gets identity stolen it is inexcusable to ask people to give out their social security numbers in this day and age.\r \r I turned and looked all the naive individuals who readily coughed up their 9 numbers to a sub par entity and walked out.\r And if you're smart, you will too. \r Do NOT let places like this get away with compromising your identity!\r \r There are other places to that treat patients nearby that don't require this. The one we went to is in an Oakwood facility in Southgate.\r more

good service, fast care 2/1/2010

i have used this location a few times, once for kidney stone, once for cellulitis, and once for my husbands back injury. all times service was quick, friendly, and reasonable. they have a pharmacy on site so were able to get scripts right away at good price since i didnt have insurance at the time. more

Unbelieveable! 10/24/2009

For the well-being of your family & self, you shouldn't risk going to this location. Extremely poor service, very rude staff, both times my wife and I have gone there we waited well over one hour before being seen. Then after finally going back to see the doctor, my wife was told that her very painfull swollen and badly bruised ankle ""had probably just been twisted wrong, take some Motrin""... no Ace Bandage, advice, x-rays, or questions? Lastly, as we were walking out, a woman carrying a baby (she was clearly visible & noticed) was sprinting toward the building, when a ""nurse"" locked the doors before the woman could get to them, this was at 9:15 and their posted closing time is 10:00pm!?
