We just bought a house in Brooklyn and had to redo the kitchen and bathroom. We know nothing about construction and went to Park Slope Plumbing because it was recommended by our contractor. The staff was incredible. LisaAnn gave us a 101 on bathrooms and Mark Shapiro figured out how to get a new medicine cabinet delivered to us when the one we bought was chipped. Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient and their prices were so much better than the big box stores. Definitely check them out. Pros: helpful staff, great prices more

So, my wife, 2 kids and myself went in today to find all the sinks and fixtures we needed for our new home where we need a full installation for 2 bathrooms. We were in there for 20 minutes and no one said ""hello"" or ""we will be with you in a while"" , nothing. It's a very small place so I know they saw us. We liked a few of the items we need like sinks, fixtures and commodes but nothing had prices so we had no idea what the stuff would cost here.\r \r We pretty much walked out after 20 minutes.\r \r Pros: They had sinks we found appealing Cons: Never acknowledge our presence. more

Don't be fooled by the atmosphere--this place carries excellent brands at great prices. I searched all over the internet for my first bathroom renovation and thought I got pretty good prices. On my second bathroom, my plumber told me to try Park Slope Plumbing. I chose Grohe fixtures and a Toto Dual flush toilet and they cost less at Park Slope Plumbing than the online kitchen and bath stores. They had everything in stock except for a faucet which took 2 days to order. My plumber picked up the order but I think they deliver for about $10. The counter help can be a bit rough around the edges but Lisanne who works in the kitchen and bath department was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm no plumber, but I've on occasion needed to replace a valve or radiator etc. and I know I can go in there and get great service. The folks at the counter are friendly and patient and speak in layman's terms. Highly recommended. more

The salespeople at PSPS are by far the most knowledgable and best around! After months of renovating my apt., I need a few custom orders parts. I came here and found EVERYTHING I needed. In fact, when everywhere else was quoting me weeks to get it, they delivered in days. Save yourself time and much stress...come here they are patient and will answer ALL your questions.
