Family-friendly, great atmosphere 4/7/2009

I have four kids, ages 2, 4, 7 and 11. This is the only place I will take them. Karen has such a great way with them, they sit still, and she shows them the 'tickle machine' (buzzer) to the boys and they love it. I go in on my own for 'my time', and they take care of me evry time. they offer teas, cookies, and treats. Quality of service and prices that can't be beat. Pros: Atmosphere, great attitude, great prices. Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Affordable, Wonderful results every time 8/9/2008

They stayed late for me when I came in with a mess on my head. I tried to go blond with some stuff from the supermarket. Needless to say, bad idea. They were able to calm and relax me from the horror I had done to myself and fixed my hair effortlessly. They didn't charge a fortune to fix my mistake. I've been hooked ever since. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable about any questions I have had, and really put what's best for you first instead of selling you stuff and procedures you don't need. Pros: All very professional, down to earth, affordable. Cons: A little hard to notice on the highway more
