I have to say I am considering leaving this practice not because of the doctors, but because of the staff. I have been going here for awhile because I like all of the doctors, but I dread making any kind of appointment for so many different reasons. First, they never answer the telephone in a timely manner. Second, sometimes they hang up on you several times and you have to call back. Third, you can be transferred numerous times to different telephone numbers. Fourth, when someone answers they seem overwhelmed and could take it out on you. Fifth, they complain how busy they are to the clients. Sixth, when you go to the office sometimes they are just nasty. Unfortunately, the doctors need to change the several people in their staff. The customer service for parents who may have sick children is horrible. This is the time where you need the most understanding, but you get put on hold for ten minutes or hung up on several times. I am being 100 percent honest when I say I have never complained or have said a word out of fear of my son not being seen by a doctor, but I have had enough after a few years of dealing with the staff here. It is so upsetting because I really love most if the doctors, but I am tired if being treated bad. I hope this is read by many people, and maybe the doctors will rethink their options for staff.
